Erich Hall grew up in Thrive Community Church (formerly Palm Springs Baptist Church). He recently moved back from Nevada to Florida in 2023 with his wife, Crystal, and three children. While in Nevada, Erich was ordained as an elder in 2019 and was Pastor for Redeeming Grace Church in Pahrump, Nevada from 2021 to 2023.

Erich currently serves at Thrive Community Church as IT Director. From the young age of 16, Erich has been interested in computers and how they work. He attended school at Palm Beach State College, earning his associate's degree in network administration.
